Pumpkin in creamy garlic sauce
Well, what is autumn without the dishes of bright pumpkins? Suggest you do a very simple side dish that can also be fed as a snack or a separate dish. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    400 g

  • Sour cream

    150 ml

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Pumpkin remove skin, seeds and fibrous parts. We need 400 gr. dense pumpkin. Cut into large cubes.

In a pan heat a little vegetable oil and on high heat fry "wedges" of the pumpkin until Golden brown.

While the pumpkin is fried, prepare the sauce. Garlic and greens finely chop, mix with sour cream.

Add the sauce to the squash, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, gently stir and cover with a lid. Simmer on low heat 5-10 minutes the pieces of the pumpkin should be soft but remain intact.
