Soup and fried tomatoes

  • Tomato

  • Water

    750 ml

  • Salt

  • Chili

  • Onion

Place the tomatoes whole in the skins in the preheated to 200 degrees oven. Bake for 15 minutes, turning, until they begin to peel off the skin. Remove from the oven, cool slightly and clean.

Carrots grate on a coarse grater. Chop the celery. From pepper to remove seeds and too to slice. Chop the onions
