Grilled salad
I love this salad because it is quickly prepared and thanks to the ketchup FORESTER, it turns out incredibly tasty! Help yourselves, friends!!!

Ingredients

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    0.25 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Thyme

    2 sprig

  • Lemon peel

    2 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Olive oil

    7 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

Cooking

Mix all marinade ingredients, except seasoning TM FORESTER. Place over low heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Remove from heat and add the seasoning TM FORESTER, stir, cover and leave for 30 minutes to infuse.

Vegetables cut into slices 3 mm.

Fry on the grill without oil.

On a plate place the tomatoes, brush with the strained marinade, add on top of eggplant, then again the marinade.

Next, the onions and bell peppers, to complete all the zucchini and marinade. Refrigerate before serving for 1 hour. Bon appetit!
