Skewers of salmon
On fire food always tastes better than at home. I propose to try this is not a complicated recipe.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    550 g

  • Thyme

    3 sprig

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Parsley

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Fish cut in steaks 1-1. 5 cm in width.

Mix all ingredients for the marinade.

Coat each piece of fish with marinade on both sides. Leave at room temperature for 40 minutes.

Fry on the grill-barbecue of TM FORESTER with two sides, on medium heat until Golden brown. Serve with lemon wedges and your favorite side dish. Bon appetit!
