This is a very delicious Breakfast for children and adults, which can be done in advance and pamper their loved ones at any time. Similar recipes are on the site, but I want to offer my own version of cooking this simple but tasty meals.

Cooking
For making meatballs we need cool to cook viscous porridge from rice, milk, salt and sugar. Figure we will need the easiest round. Porridge I love to cook in a slow cooker but you can cook it in a normal saucepan with non-stick coating.
When the porridge is ready, cool it to lukewarm. Fully cooling is not necessary, the meatballs of warm rice are better shape and will not crack during the roasting. Warm porridge break the eggs and add starch, stir a lot.
With wet hands shape balls
Coat them in breadcrumbs and shape meatballs.
Put the finished meatballs on a heated pan, fry on one side until Golden brown, turn over, cover with a lid and bring to readiness.
Additionally, you can put them on a pallet and send in the freezer. When our meatballs will freeze you can put them in a container and sent to storage. Once you decide to cook them, not defrosting spread the meatballs on a heated pan and fry both sides.
Serve the meatballs with jam, chocolate sauce, condensed milk... delicious!!!
