Mushroom cream cheese casserole
Very serrno-mushroom casserole! Can be served as a separate dish, a side dish of baked potatoes. Thanks for the recipe megadenm, LiveJournal, the original recipe had fresh mushrooms and oyster mushrooms 1 :1, and I have frozen forest mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    1 kg

  • Mozzarella

    200 g

  • Parmesan

    80 g

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Rosemary

  • Chili

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Cooking

In a saucepan put 2-3 tbsp of olive oil, add finely chopped garlic, chopped chilli pepper, fry all this for a minute,

Add onions, roughly chopped, leaves of rosemary (with small twigs). Onions fry until Golden brown.

Mushrooms defrost in the microwave (defrost). Defrost to when cooking was less liquid. Add to the skillet the mushrooms and fry them until tender (to the state of Golden brown). Add the butter, let it melt, stir.

Put the mushrooms in a heatproof dish, add the chopped mozzarella,

Pour in the whipped cream and put in preheated oven to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes, five minutes before the end of time sprinkle with grated Parmesan (or other hard cheese) and bring to readiness, until Golden brown.

Served as a separate dish or side dish.

On the side I had oven baked potatoes. Potatoes cleaned, boil in salted water for 5-7 minutes after boiling, drain the water. Dry potatoes put in a baking tray, season with salt and pepper, add spices, leaves of rosemary, sprinkle liberally with vegetable oil, mix and place in oven heated to 200 degrees. Bake until Golden brown. Ready potatoes sprinkled with chopped garlic and parsley, stir and serve.
