Cooking

step-0
Prepared foods: finely chop the smoked ham or bacon (I have electric. slicer), wash and cut into pieces the thigh of the Turkey, peel and finely chop the onion (you can scroll in a meat grinder, then skip this step)
step-1
Soak bread in milk (or cream, or water)
step-2
Grind Turkey thigh meat if onion is not cut, then twist it together with the meat (so it is less noticeable in the finished casserole)
step-3
In the beef add the onion ( if cut and not twisted), the soaked bread, spices, salt, pepper mix and knead well until smooth. Optionally here you can add what you like, such as garlic, mushrooms, olives, cheese, bell pepper, tomatoes, etc.
step-4
Cake pan and drizzle with olive oil, if silicone or non-stick, it is not necessary, and covered with slices of smoked ham (or smoked bacon) so that they were dangling over the edge of the shape
step-5
On ham to put the stuffing, smooth, slightly pressing, not to leave empty corners, put on top the minced several slices and bend the corner of ham on top
step-6
Put the form with the casserole in a preheated 180 degrees oven, bake for 40-50 minutes Remove from the oven if the juice is in the form left, then drain it and take the casserole ( cover with a plate and flip the form)
step-7
Cut into portions, serve with your favorite side dish, watering meat juice. If desired, the juice (from the casserole), you can boil down a bit. I have a salad of boiled beetroot with natural yoghurt and olives. Bon appetit))
