Fish cut into portions and spread on a dish.
Carefully wrap the dish with cling film (That would be totally a fish was closed. No holes are allowed.. Fish should be in a vacuum. And put in the microwave. the biggest power for 2-3 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Cream heated. add the curry and dill. If the fennel is dry, then the cream and cook for 3-4 minutes on slow window. If fresh - enough for 1-2 minutes.
Get our fish. Lay on plates. Add salt to taste. Cover with the sauce.
