Duck legs in a pita
Offer the option of meat dishes that the house will give an opportunity to feel nature. Unusual duck legs in a pita, I hope, will not leave You indifferent :)

Ingredients

  • Duck

    3 piece

  • Pita

    1 pack

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Thyme

  • Rosemary

  • Leeks

    1 piece

Prepare the marinade for duck legs. Mix soy sauce, vegetable oil, crushed garlic. Shoot down everything in the emulsion.

Dry rosemary and thyme is triturated in a mortar. Add to the marinade.

Each duck legs in skin make three cuts to the meat. Need it to better penetrate the marinade.
