Aromatic chicken livers with zucchini

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1 pack

  • Chicken liver

    250 g

  • Zucchini

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Sugar

Zucchini cut to your taste - I peel not removed, maybe zucchini young.

Chop the onion half rings and add to the zucchini.

Add spices and pour in vegetable oil.

Mix well.

A packet of buckwheat to lower in salted boiling water and simmer for 20 minutes.

Liver wash, dry cut into long pieces and add to the zucchini. Mix well.

Take a nonstick frying pan of large diameter below the liver with zucchini quickly were roasted, not stewed. Spread on a well-heated dry pan liver with vegetables and fry, stirring, over high heat.
