Skewers of chicken liver
Tender and juicy liver. Quick and easy!

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Sauce fruit

    1 Tbsp

  • Khmeli-suneli

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Chicken liver cleaned and cut into large pieces

Mix soy sauce, pomegranate sauce, Khmeli-suneli

Pour the marinade the liver. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes

Thread the livers on the skewers

Spread on a baking sheet covered with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 220S. Bon appetit!
