Buckwheat with vegetables
A perfect dish for lunch, dinner. Simple and fast.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    0.33 plug

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Allspice

    0.5 tsp

You will need...

Chop onions and put in a large kettle, a pan for stewing.

Carrots cut into cubes, add to the onions.

Carrots and onions stir, simmer for 5min with lid on with the addition of water.

Shinkuem cabbage, add to the vegetables for stewing.

Rinse the buckwheat and add to vegetables.

All the ingredients mix well. Simmer until cooked buckwheat 30-35 minutes on medium heat. Before shutting down, add salt and pepper to taste.
