Cooking

step-0
Mackerel clean, rinse with cold water, cut off the fins. On both sides of the carcass to make a deep slant cuts (to the bone), put them in one sprig of dill, stems to put into the abdomen.
step-1
Mix 1 tsp salt, freshly ground pepper, add the juice of half a lemon and 2 tablespoons of any vegetable oil. Coat this mixture into fish on both sides. This put the fish aside and make sauce.
step-2
For the sauce take the parsley, garlic, pepper, salt, mustard powder, juice of the remaining lemon halves, serum and mayonnaise.
step-3
Finely chop the garlic and mash into mush with a 1H. salt, add pepper and mustard powder is a good way. Finely chopped herbs add garlic to the mixture also add the mayonnaise and juice of remaining half lemon. Pour a quantity of serum, which is necessary to obtain the desired consistency of the sauce. ( I like the sauce thicker, add a little because)
step-4
In a preheated grill ship our fish. No photo as on the street negative temperature, the grill cools down and the fish won't taste as good. Fry on medium heat for 12 minutes ( 6 minutes each side). Here such it turns out!
step-5
Served with vegetables and sauce. Bon appetit!!!
