Ingredients
Hello! This recipe stumbled upon by accident, in the book of recipes of Ukrainian cuisine. There was proposed to make it of pork and herring. A little wild combination I thought, and turned the page. But then something made me come back to this recipe... Poryskav on the Internet, I stumbled also on the recipes of several different smartin. And all completely different as products and method of preparation. Addressed to my grandmother (we have it full-blooded daughter of the Ukrainian people), she said that the ingredients are any meat fried with any additives from the word "smiti", "SnagIt" - frying. I made my version of this dish, as suggested in the first instance found, namely meat + herring. Welcome to the table!

Cooking

step-0
Take the chicken breast, dry.
step-1
Cut each breast do not end up exposed as the booklet, slightly repulsing. Pepper, salt.
step-2
The photo, as I did the filling of herring, load was, so it came out ugly. So, in a nutshell - herring, bread, milk, butter, egg mix in a blender until smooth. Spread on chicken, wrap it so that the stuffing was sticking out.
step-3
Held together by toothpicks.
step-4
Form grease with vegetable oil, put in her stuffed pileski. Put in a preheated 170-190 degrees, bake for 10-15 minutes.
step-5
Served to the table.
step-6
It was very tasty stuffing with a pinch of herring, but very unobtrusive, muted, or something... According to the recipe from the book were offered 600 grams of pork to take 4 large herring fillets, in my opinion, it killed the taste of meat, but my dish of chicken and a small amount of herring is a very good friends and do not interfere with each other, but complement.
step-7
The next day ingredients was delicious, and was served cold as a sliced loaf (unfortunately, it was not captured on photo).
step-8
The idea to do with the stuffing of chicken Kiev. Very much we liked the ingredients!!!
