Cottage cheese and cream cheese for dessert
I must admit, the roasted peaches on the grill was a revelation for me. It's really delicious! And with this curd-cheese cream, they are simply magic and disappear in front together with the cream, no matter how much made.

Ingredients

  • Mascarpone

    100 g

  • Cheese

    1 Tbsp

  • Rosemary

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 piece

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Turmeric

    0.25 tsp

Finely chop the rosemary

In the bowl of a blender put all the ingredients

And all mix well until smooth. If you want to give the cream a yellow color, then add a bit of turmeric. This spice does not change the taste, but very nice changes colour. You and saffron tint, but it just costs more.
