Caramel slices
It is not cakes and candy. You like "Twix& quot;? Then this recipe is for You! Crispy cookie with a creamy toffee like "ladybug&am p;quot; under the chocolate. Very simple, tasty and, I suspect, outrageously rich in calories :) Your personal presence is required no more than 30 min, including washing the dishes.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sugar

    90 g

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    375 g

Turn on the oven at 190 degrees. Cold butter (150 g) chopped into pieces to fit in blender. Mix in blender with blades flour (200 g), butter (150 g) and sugar (90 gr). You should get a consistency resembling bread crumbs. I used brown sugar, so my babies are a little brown :)

In shape with a flat and wide bottom, the bottom lay baking paper, pour the "chips", to level and firm up the fingers to get the cookie monster. The bottom of my disposable tins for lazy people 20х26 see Bake at a temperature of ~190 for 15-20 minutes, until browned. Cool.

Condensed milk, 50 grams of butter and 2 tbsp of honey sent in a small saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes. It thickens and become delicate Golden brown. Evenly distribute the caramel on our biscuits and let cool completely in the refrigerator. Melt chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath. Distributed evenly over the caramel and put into the fridge (for the impatient - in the freezer) until the chocolate hardens. Without removing from the mold, cut into pieces favorite size. Ready cut Lisicki are best stored in the fridge (if you have time)
