Red mullet marinated in orange
Tastier just to eat the mullet a hot, piping hot. Very flavorful fish, thanks to the ketchup FORESTER.

Ingredients

  • The mullet

    500 g

  • Seasoning

    2 Tbsp

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

Cooking

Fish thawed and cleaned. Folded into a bowl, add seasoning TM FORESTER and pepper. Mix well.

Put the fish in the package TM FORESTER with zip-lock and add the juice of 1 orange, mix gently and put into the fridge overnight.

Lay the fish on the grill-barbecue of TM FORESTER.

To roast on the embers. for 3-5 minutes on each side. Bon appetit!
