Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Spaghetti

    200 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    30 g

  • Semi-dry red wine

    100 g

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Cooking

Coarsely chop red pepper.

Coarsely chop the onion.

Fry in a hot pan, onions and peppers with vegetable oil, then pour in the wine vinegar, let it out.

Add to the pan the liver and stew under a lid on medium heat.

After the liver "grab" and give the broth, add salt, pepper and pour in the red wine.

Boil the spaghetti in salted water until tender, put them in a pan and mix with the liver. Turn off the stove and give a little stand to our pasta with the lid closed.
