Meat with spicy onions
Very tender meat with a crust in the sour cream. Cooks very quickly and is very simple.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Black pepper

    7 piece

  • Vinegar

    5 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    500 g

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

Pork cut into fairly large pieces, salt, pepper, add spices and put on a high heat in the oven.

While the pork is baked, boil water and cut onion into half rings.

Onions pour boiling water so that the water fully it closed. Add vinegar, pepper and Bay leaf. Cover with a lid or another plate. Leave to marinate for 7-10 minutes

Get pork. It should be slightly fried. Throws onions in a colander, remove pepper and Bay leaf.
