Stuffed pasta
I offer pasta with mince, but not in the classic version, but the Italian style. The dish is ideal for a romantic dinner under a glass of red wine!

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    300 g

  • Minced meat

    600 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    7 piece

  • Mozzarella

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Basil

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Olive oil

    1 tsp

  • Cream

    200 ml

For this recipe we need pasta designed for stuffing, I is here such tubes (see photo). They must pre-boil in salted water (1ch. L.) until al dente, i.e. until half ready, "by heart".

Now it is the turn of meat. We spread it on a heated scarborou with a teaspoon of olive oil (I add just a little bit, so the stuffing greasy due to the pork part). Fry under the lid for about 3 minutes, at this time, prepare the onions. Finely chop 1 onion and add to the mince. Fry for another 10 minutes without cover. Add salt to taste, pepper.

Still, we need sauce. For its preparation we need the second onion, carrots, tomatoes, and Basil. The onion we shall cut half-rings, carrot grate on a coarse grater. Spread the vegetables in the pan where was roasting meat. And oil is not added.

The tomatoes should peel for this, douse them with boiling water.

Cut the peeled tomatoes in cubes, add to the carrots with the onions, simmer under a lid for 10 minutes, add a mixture of peppers, Basil, all to taste. (Do not indicate the number, as she always do on the eye, then as you like). Now the sauce can get into blender, but I'm sorry, after the failure of the old, not yet acquired, so I used kartoffelsalat. Came out great, sauce consistency I was quite satisfied.

All the components of the dishes are ready, you can begin to build. And then it's simple. Take makaroshka each and fill with stuffing. At the bottom of the baking dish evenly spread a portion of sauce and pasta.

When all the pasta is Packed, pour the cream, spread on top the remaining sauce.

And it's time for my favorite ingredient-CHEESE!!! I have mozzarella, you can of course take any other. I like it very much, it melts the best! Fill it with macaroni and cheese, cover the form with foil and put into the oven. Cook 20 minutes at 180-200 degrees C. Then remove the foil and cook another 15 minutes until Browning.
