Skewers of mussels with pearl onions
If you love seafood, you will like this version of the skewers mussels, small onion! They are easy to prepare at home!

Ingredients

  • Mussels

    200 g

  • Onion

    200 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Sauce-marinade

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Lemon

Cooking

Small onions, cleaned, scalded with boiling water and immediately rinse under running cold water

Onions, and mussels, pour sauce marinade Teriyaki "Kikkoman" for 15 minutes.

Strung on skewers, alternating mussels and onion

In hot oil fry for 1 minute on each side

Pour the remaining teriyaki sauce

Add the chopped garlic and parsley, and cook, shaking the pan for another 2 minutes. ALL!
