Pumpkin with feta cheese
In the autumn bright a vitamin prescription.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    700 g

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Feta

    200 g

  • Broth

    1 cup

  • Greens

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

From the lemon halves to squeeze the juice, you get 3-4 tbsp Flour diluted juice and add the zest from the same lemon halves.

In a small saucepan boil the broth, add the prepared mixture and boil for 2 minutes on low heat. Pour half of the shredded cheese and cook for another 1 minute. Add chopped spicy greens, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Pumpkin peel, cut into cubes. Can be steamed pumpkin in the steamer for 10 minutes until soft, or simmer them in the pan, as you like. Then we put the pumpkin in a heatproof dish.

Grind the remaining cheese and put on top of the pumpkin. Pour all the broth and put in a preheated 180 gr. the oven. Bake until Golden brown.
