Crunch cheesecake with cherries
Easy to prepare, very elegant butter pie interesting moulding. You can dream up with filling. Voskresnaja ideal for a family tea party.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    450 g

  • Sugar

    75 g

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Salt

    3 g

  • Yeast

    6 g

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Orange zest

    10 g

  • Cinnamon

    2 g

  • Pudding vanilla

    50 g

  • Cherry

    2 Tbsp

In the sifted flour add eggs, sour cream, soft butter, sugar, salt and yeast. Knead the dough. Put it to rise in a warm place for an hour.

To prepare the filling. Cottage cheese mixed with pudding, sugar and egg. Add the cinnamon and orange zest.

When the dough has risen, place onto Board and divide into three parts.

Baking required a split form. Roll out one portion of dough the size shape and spread on the bottom of the form.

Again the filling, sprinkle with cherries. Cover the last layer of dough. With a sharp knife to make cuts to the center not to the end.

Put on the split ring, put in a warm place for proofing for half an hour.

Lubricates the beaten egg. Bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
