Chicken Breasts in foil
This recipe is from the book "the Grill is easy and very tasty" caught my attention first, the fact that it uses frozen food, always available and inexpensive, and secondly, that solves the age-old holiday problem: "until we get all melted". Let it melt, will come and immediately bake!

  • Chicken fillet

Let's thaw chicken breast fillet or Turkey breast and cut 6 pieces, weighing approximately 125 g For softness you can little meat tenderizer, but I didn't. Unfreeze selected vegetables (in my case it is a mixture of frozen "Spring vegetables"). In a small bowl, mix 100 g melted butter with 1 tbsp of ketchup. Take aluminum foil and cut 6 large squares.

Every piece of chicken fillet (grilled Turkey breast) spread butter with ketchup, salt and pepper. On each piece of foil put 1 piece of chicken fillet and 1/6 of a pack of vegetables. How to close the foil, so that during baking is not leaking out the liquid, leaving a small hole for steam output.

Bake the meat in a mini-grill over coals or in a convection oven (250*C, the top grid position) for 40 minutes. Foil to uncover and serve the dish to the table.
