Cooking
Fish wash, dry, and free from bones and cut into pieces approximately 4-5 cm
Garlic finely chop, add spices and pour the yogurt
Add Kikkoman soy sauce, and pour the marinade the fish fillets for 30 minutes
Cooked potatoes cut into slices of about 6-8 mm thick. Strung the fish and potatoes on skewers. We wanted to add mushrooms, but it is better not to do, as potato slices, in contrast to fungi, to keep delicate fish on a skewer.
Algerie, regular turning, on all sides until toasty brown.
