Ingredients

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Orange juice

    100 ml

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • A mixture of spices

    1 tsp

Meat wash, dry paper towel, trim excess fat and films, cut into serving pieces. For the marinade-glaze: orange juice mixed with soy sauce.

Bow to turn into slurry using a blender, you can grate. Garlic skip through the press. To the mixture of orange juice and soy sauce to add a paste of onion, garlic, honey (if thick, the pre-melt it), mustard, salt, pepper and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
