Meat hedgehogs in sour cream with tomatoes
Very simple, hearty and tasty dish, which I food since childhood :) Hedgehogs was the only option for me to eat meat (who can say). However, grandma was not lazy and I decorated them with rice, representing the needles of a hedgehog. Me is not enough)) let's Go!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    800 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Figure

    0.75 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Boil the rice until almost tender, and finely chopped onion fry in vegetable oil until soft, about 6 minutes.

Prepare the stuffing. I chose the meat is finely chopped, so that in the finished dish are two or more large pieces, but it's not for everybody. Try to prepare cold cuts, and not one of the varieties of meat. So delicious :)

Mix the minced meat with cold rice and onions. Stir to combine.

Add the tomato paste and egg. Mix well, add salt to taste and black pepper. (I used my homemade ketchup, so I added a bit more).

The bottom of the form, which will bake hedgehogs, brush with vegetable oil and sour cream. From stuffing make small balls and put in the form tightly to each other.

Mix remaining sour cream with tomato paste, add salt to taste, pepper, pour 1-2 tbsp of water (if the sauce is too thick) and pour hedgehogs. Cover the form with foil and bake at 180*35-40 minutes. 15 minutes until cooked remove the foil and allow the hedgehogs to brown. Bon appetit!
