Quail under a fur coat
Long did not dare either to publish only prepared according to local recipes. And then I saw that cooking recipes quail is clearly not enough. We wanted to make the birds so that they were not dry as in a regular frying.

Ingredients

  • Gooseberry

    50 g

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Mayonnaise

    30 g

  • Vegetable oil

    10 g

  • Garlic

    3 share

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Take 2 quails, I have them with protruding cores of the feathers, so choose them carefully and my.

Cook oil mixture: oil, pepper (I have a mixture of peppers) and salt. Coat the bird and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, clean the gooseberries.

Separately mix the mayonnaise, walnuts and crushed garlic, a little salt (depends on what kind of mayonnaise).

Stuff gooseberries and put in a saucepan. Spread on top of our walnut coat. Put in oven on medium heat for 30 minutes. The oven I have is old, without any marks, so focused on piercing the legs of the quail with a fork.
