Fried sausage with onion and greens
The recipe for my dad. A hearty Breakfast!

Ingredients

  • Sausage

  • Onion

  • Mustard

  • Vinegar

  • Vegetable oil

  • Greens

Sausage cut into arbitrary slices and put on a heated pan with oil.

Grease sausage during frying mustard (and no mustard).

Cut the onion into half rings and put it in the frying pan with the sausage when it is browned.

Lightly sprinkle with vinegar, cover with a lid and leave for 2 minutes on very low heat. Onion is not fried, it will only leave bitterness, and he soaked with vinegar.
