Mushroom creamy soup
Full-bodied, fragrant, very delicate soup. I recommend ; -)

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • The processed cheese

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Water

    1 l

Peel the potato and cut into slices, as you like. Cut the onion on a coarse grater carrots, three mushrooms cut :-) it throws in a quart of boiling water and cook for 7 minutes on medium heat, sprinkle with salt.

Optionally, you can throw small makaroshek

Greens small to cut, crumble smaller the garlic, the tomato pour over boiling water and remove the thin skin, cut into cubes.

Cut the cream cheese smaller (faster to dissolve in the broth), omitted in our semi-soup and, stirring, dissolve in a mushroom broth. Add the greens, tomatoes and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat, turn off and allow 5 minutes to brew under the lid. Pour Skeet and Bon appetit everyone!!! ;-) The combination of the creamy mushroom soup and greens with garlic give the flavor just Abaldenny! Try it - you will not regret!
