Description
Very gentle and bright soup of green peas and avocado. The texture of the soup is velvety due to the avocado and cream, green peas makes it fresh, and crispy onions and soy sauce gives zest.

Cooking
Half onion cut into cubes and fry in a skillet until Golden brown. At this stage you can add some bacon
Add frozen green peas, without prior thawing
Pour in the stock and bring to a boil. I use chicken. Cook for about 5 minutes, then add 3 tbsp. soy sauce
