Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    2 kg

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Bacon

    150 g

  • Intestine

    1 pack

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Potatoes clean, cut into pieces. Bacon and 1 onion and fry on medium heat for 20 minutes or until the bacon will be fried. Colon a good wash and cut off the fat. Then the potatoes and 2 onions to grind. (I used the squeezer for juice)

Pureed potatoes, bacon, salt and pepper stir and shove in the guts. Guts put on a baking tray, brush with sunflower oil and to puncture with a needle. Put in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
