Now Great Post and I admire people who abide by it (she do not belong to such). And I want to offer this Lenten recipe cabbage cutlets. I hope it is useful for those who are fasting and who is not! I wish you happiness, peace and strength of spirit during Lent!

Cooking
Cabbage cut into 4 parts and weld in the added some salt water 8-10 minutes.
Fold the cabbage in a colander, mince and squeeze to remove water.
On a fine grater grate the onion and pass the garlic through a press.
To the cabbage add the onion, garlic and herbs. Add salt, season with spices to taste.
Shape of this mass cutlets, roll in breadcrumbs.
And fry in vegetable oil until crispy Golden brown. Bon appetit!!!
