Parsley and garlic grind, zest and freshly ground black pepper.
Add the olive oil. It will be the salad dressing. It is possible to prepare at home and take with you on a picnic.

Fry mushrooms in a frying pan-grill Forester periodically stirring them with a spatula.
Ready the mushrooms out onto a plate. Salt with coarse salt and pour over the dressing.
