Cream soup of peas with carrot rolls
Spring, bright, useful!

Ingredients

  • Green peas

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Water

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Spices

Pour in a saucepan 1 tbsp oil "Oleyna", put chopped onion and garlic, brought to a transparent state (not fry!)

Now put the same frozen peas and chopped potatoes, pour 1 Cup water, salt, cover with a lid and simmer for about 10 minutes. The important point is the variety of potato. If you have razvitii (like me), then he will be ready along with the peas, provided that you have it shredded. If the potatoes are more dense varieties that first put the potatoes, let it simmer until soft and then add the peas
