Description
Tender, juicy and delicious kebabs in a tomato marinade. Skewers make fragrant due to the spices "Forester," and with a pleasant acidity of the tomatoes.

Cooking
Chicken fillet cut into small pieces. Can be used as a breast, and the meat of the thighs.
For marinating meat, I used a dressing called "Forester".
The tomato blend. Add the tomato paste, seasoning and olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. (I had enough seasonings for marinating)
Chicken pour the marinade, and mix thoroughly. Remove in the cold.
Thread the chicken pieces on wooden skewers. Fry the skewers in a pan or on hot coals.
The kebabs turn out very tender, with an interesting tomato flavor.
