"Marlene" is also called male kiss - a beautiful name and a very delicious cake, something similar to our honey cake with caramel cream. Baking with honey has become our family tradition after the first joint celebration of Valentine's day, and I try not to change it for twenty years. I think that this time I will be able to surprise your other half, because the cake turned out wonderful - light and fluffy as down!

Cooking
1. First prepare the nuts.
2. Mix the honey and soy sauce, heat. Add nuts and spices and mix well. To boil for about 5 minutes (I did in microwave).
3. Pave the nuts on the baking paper (if in doubt about the quality of their paper - grease it with vegetable oil without smell) and bake in pre-heated to 160" C oven for 5-7 minutes. Be guided by your oven!
4. Give the nuts to cool and remove them from the paper.
5. Cakes: beat the soft butter with the powder, add the egg and beat again.
6. Add the honey and whisk. If you have a frozen honey heat it and cool.
7. Add soda slaked lemon juice (1 tbsp), mix well.
8. Gradually add the flour knead the dough. It should be very soft and not stick to hands. Don't forget that the density of flour in all regions are different, so the last 100 grams of flour add gradually, it may take less.
9. Divide the dough into 5 equal portions (I weighed). Roll out each portion of dough into a rectangle the size 20X30 cm I rolled out dough directly on baking paper, which is greased with a very thin layer of butter. First spread the dough with your hands, and then covered with a second sheet of baking paper rolled with a rolling pin. Suggest - before you begin baking, roll out all the cakes, because they are baked very quickly!
10. With a fork pierce the cake all over its area. Bake in pre-heated to 170"C oven for 5-7 minutes until Golden brown. Be guided by your oven!
11. Cool the finished cakes on paper.
12. All the cakes were the perfect size, I cut them with metal frame size 20X30 cm Trimming to keep and placing in the package to roll out with a rolling pin into crumbs.
13. Cream: From milk powder and pudding, cook pudding and cool cleave to the surface of the plastic wrap.

20. Give the glaze to cool to a temperature of 30"C (I'm testing a lip) and pour into the middle of the cake.
