                            Peaches peel and cut into pieces. Put peaches in blender, add lemon juice and make puree. Set aside.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            In a water bath beat the egg yolks and sugar continuously, about 5 minutes by mixer, until the mixture becomes thick and pale yellow.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Remove egg mixture from heat, add mashed peaches and whisk together for about 1 min. to Cool.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Whip the cream until stable peaks state                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Add them to the peach mixture. Mix gently with a spatula. Add the raspberries, stir.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            To lay out the form of a film, put the mixture, cover with wrap and place in the freezer for 4 hours (the dessert can be stored in the freezer up to 2 weeks)
