Cake
Two of my sons, birthday in one day. The children asked for a cake stuffed with creme brulee. Beginning to invent. The cake was made big enough for everybody. Gentle, airy, light, very very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Flour

  • Condensed milk

  • Gelatin

  • Cream

  • Water

Immediately pour 2/3 of the cream into the form, cover with the second cake layer and pour remaining cream. Flatten and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

After 3 hours, put whip the remaining cream with the icing sugar and corn starch (you can substitute thickener for cream) to peaks. Take out the cake, remove from the form and do the final layer, evenly coat the edges of the cake and top with whipped cream. (You can do without this step)

Decorate as desired. I used wafer flowers and gel pencils for the first time!!. Much of it is terrible, the gel was great and the tech had to remove the inscription and rewrite several times. Turned out not very neatly in the final version. And to decorate chocolate balls gel pencils did not risk, properly done. The gel starts to flow... I'm upset.
