It's the season, maybe someone will like my version of this delicious jam..

Cooking
I boiled in two pots. Berries wash, drain off the water, a very large cut into pieces and cover with sugar. After a couple of hours you can put cooking. The strawberries I add orange sliced thinly. One orange is enough for 4-5 pounds. Orange enhances the flavor, making the taste of the jam more vivid. Cook two, three steps. Bring to a boil, remove foam and cook on slow fire for 10 minutes. Off and closing the lid to leave until the next day.
This is our first jam after cooking. Again bring to a boil and provari 10 minutes again remove from heat. In the evening you can cook jam.
Here is the finished jam. One batch I cooked in a regular pan and the other pan with non-stick coating. The jam turned out to be different one serving a bit of seethe in the other berries remained intact. Choose as you like... the Orange is almost not felt and the jam becomes well, just very strawberry and very tasty. Bon appetit..
