Description

Turkey skewers with plums
Honestly I never liked Turkey and chicken breast, as for me they are too dry, but that was before I met Zepter cookware, in her breast turns out juicy and tender and this is despite the fact that it is cooked without oil and salt, making it not only delicious, but incredibly useful.

Ingredients

  • Breast of Turkey

    600 g

  • Drain

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Ginger

    1 piece

Cooking

step-0
Turkey breast, diced 2 cm Ginger peeled and finely sliced, to do the same with garlic. In a bowl, mix the ginger, garlic, pepper, soy sauce, honey and vinegar.
step-1
Sliced Turkey breast, put in a container and pour the marinade, put into the refrigerator for 2-6 hours.
step-2
Wooden skewers soak in water for 1 hour. Plum cut in half, remove the seeds from them. Strung on skewers pieces of Turkey alternating with plums.
step-3
To prepare the kebabs, we need my favorite Zepter casserole that you want to cover and put on medium heat, wait for when the arrow of the controller will reach the middle of the green field on the Dry scale and put it in skewers with kebabs, flatten them with a fork, broil for 2-3 minutes without covering with a lid.
step-4
Then flip them over and fry for another 2-3 minutes, then cover and remove from heat, let it rest for 7-10 minutes. In ware the Zepter food is prepared even if it is not on fire. The photo shows that I'm a little overheated the pot and hand controller has gone beyond the green fields, but despite this the pot washed up with no problems. It was my first experience cooking in Zepter cookware, therefore, did not calculate the level of fire. So kontroluje arrow of the controller, so it does not go beyond the green fields.
step-5
Now all you can bring to the table, watering released into the pan juices and garnish with herbs. Bon appetit!!!
