Kefir smoothie with green tea and lime
Unusual and tasty kefir smoothie will help satisfy hunger, when you can not eat full. Refreshing, nutritious and healthy.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    300 ml

  • Oat flakes

    2 Tbsp

  • Green tea

    100 ml

  • Lime

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Tablespoon of green tea, pour 100 ml of boiling water, add a few slices of lime.

Flakes pour the yogurt and leave for a few minutes.

To add strained cereal (chilled) green tea, a little lemon juice (a teaspoon will be enough), sugar and whisk a couple of minutes with a mixer. Pour, decorate and serve.
