Smoothie
Thick fruit smoothies based on coconut milk, with the addition of multi-grain flakes "7 Cereals"-a nourishing, tasty and bright! We will add our autumn tropical feel!?!

Ingredients

For the strawberry layer I used frozen strawberries. Multi-grain flakes "7 Cereals" from TM Mistral pour the coconut milk and leave for 5 minutes for swelling.

Kiwi clean and cut random pieces.

In blender, beat first ingredients for strawberry layer. Opolaskivaniem the bowl of a blender and blend ingredients for a layer of kiwi. The resulting fruit pulp is poured into 4 glasses, filling the glass 1/4 of the volume: two glasses with a strawberry layer, two glasses with a layer of kiwi. Glasses refrigerate while preparing layer based on coconut milk.

For a layer based on coconut milk: in the bowl of a blender put the banana and the pineapple, cut into arbitrary pieces, pour the mixture of coconut milk and cereals. Whisk all for a few seconds until smooth.

In glasses, layer fruit on top, gently pour the coconut-grass smoothies. Heavy smoothie, displacing a light fruity layer, creates a beautiful effect.
