Simple and fairly quick to prepare crab cakes with cream cheese will surely delight you with its original taste and will decorate the holiday table. Cooking
Fillet of salmon (any salmon) cut into pieces and mix with cream cheese in a blender until smooth.
To the resulting mass add the finely chopped dill, mix well.
In a small saucepan heat water, add gelatin and heat the mixture on low heat until completely dissolved gelatin (I use fast acting gelatin, does not require pre-soaking).
Quickly stir the gelatin in the fish-curd and fill it silicone molds, greased with vegetable oil (form 4-70 ml). Cover the ramekins with foil or cling film and clean up a snack at least an hour in the fridge (2 hours at night...).
Cucumber and pepper into small cubes and fry in olive oil on medium heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add lemon juice, stir, remove the pan from the fire. Cool.
Molds with frozen already a starter to turn on plates and serve with roasted vegetables.
