Description
The fish I tasted at a party. However, there used to be salmon, and the flow was on the swordfish steaks. We really liked the fish - all in one - fish, and garnish to it, only the bone was awkward to choose. So I slightly altered the recipe - now fish more affordable, and the bones can't be choosers. Come in and taste!

Cooking
In the original recipe used regular white rice, but used rice "bubble MIX" from TM Mistral. Preparation method: pour the mixture into the pan with water in the ratio 1:2 and bring to a boil. Then tightly cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 30-35 minutes, until the rice absorbs all the water. Remove from heat and leave the lid on for 5-10min.
While cooking the rice, cut into small cubes mushrooms (I have mushrooms) and half a small onion. Fry mushrooms with onions in vegetable oil until cooked mushrooms, season with salt.
Fillet any fish without bones (I have one half of carp fillet) cut into thin strips, pripravljen salt, pepper.
Boiled rice mixed with fried mushrooms and sour cream.
In silicone molds put the fish on the edges, making edges on the bottom you can put the pieces of fish, but you can not put. The middle is filled with a mixture of mushrooms with rice.
On top sprinkle with grated cheese. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven and cook until cheese Sarmanova - about 20-25 minutes.
Take out of oven molds, fish can easily be pulled out forms. Decorate according to your desire and served. Get the fish and garnish. Tasty, simple and fast.
