Moist cupcake with dried apricots and citrus notes.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Dried apricots

    100 g

  • Orange zest

    1 piece

Cooking

Whisk the butter with the sugar.

Add the eggs one by one, still whisking.

Pour kefir, stir.

Add sifted with the baking powder and salt in the flour, stir.

Finally add the dried apricots and zest.

Pour the dough into the lined baking form and bake in preheated to 180 degrees oven for 40-50 minutes (until dry sticks).
