Eggplant with dry-cured bacon
Very quick and delicious appetizer of eggplant and bacon. Forester and spices to vegetables and mushrooms will give it a new, bright flavor.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Bacon

    4 slice

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

1. Eggplant cut into circles arbitrarily. Forester spice mix with oil and lemon juice. In the package for marinating Forester to lay out eggplant and spices.
