Fried vermicelli
Hearty and delicious! And the Cellophane noodles (yet it is called glass because of its transparency, which it gets after cooking) easy-to-digest, contains valuable fiber, vitamins and minerals: potassium, calcium, sodium, magnesium, iron and phosphorus.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Green beans

  • Cellophane

    0.5 pack

  • Sauce

  • Salt

Cooking

Chicken fillet cut into thin strips or cubes. Marinate in 1/3 of the sauce, add a pinch of salt, leave for 15 minutes.

Then chop the onion, shred carrots (you can even cut green beans, at your discretion).

In skillet, heat vegetable oil, put chicken and fry for 4 minutes.

Add the vegetables and fry until cooked all the ingredients. Transfer to a plate.

The Cellophane noodles to soak for 3-5 minutes in hot water, rinse the noodles with cold water. Then fry in vegetable oil for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the rest of the sauce and continue to cook for about 3 minutes.

Add the cooked vegetables and chicken, mix everything thoroughly and fry for about 5-8 minutes. Optionally, you can add soy sauce.
