Cooking
1. Zucchini cut into thin slices, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
2. Fillet cut into thin slices, drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. On each slice of zucchini to put a strip of fillet.
4. Put the rolls in a baking dish. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated 180C oven for about 20 minutes.
5. While the rolls bake, prepare the salsa. Tomato scalded with boiling water, remove the skins and finely chop. Onion and Basil finely chopped.
6. Mix tomato with onion, Basil. Season with salt and pepper and season with vinegar and olive oil (vinegar can be added). Serve the rolls with salsa. Bon appetit!
