Cooking

step-0
First, prepare the potatoes. It is good to wash, with the brush, because we will eat it with the skin on. Cut in half and with a spoon gently take out (or're scraping) the middle. Make a clay pot of potatoes for our Julien. Prepared potatoes put in a pot with water (not to dark). Although there is an option to boil in salted water for a bit (then in the oven reduces the cooking time). But it's not necessary.
step-1
Ingredients for toppings, ie mushrooms, onions, breast finely chop. But instead of chicken breast I took the same amount of chicken ham.
step-2
Heat the pan with butter and begin to fry in it: first the onions (about 5 minutes), then add the mushrooms, fry with onions. Then adding the breast (or, like me, ham) and deep fried all together for another 5 minutes. After adding a spoonful of flour, stir it well and cream. Promoseven all together a few moments.
step-3
On a buttered cookie sheet lay "ramekins" of potatoes, each a "clay pot" a little salt (this is assuming that the potato has not previously roasted), pepper and spoon put in "ramekins" our stuffing. Put in a preheated 180-200*C oven and bake until the potatoes are done. Each oven is different (if the potatoes were pre-cooked, then the time, of course, decreases). After we take out our potatoes, sprinkle top with grated cheese and again bake it in the oven to melt the cheese. I, for example, the oven was not set and moved the dish from the microwave and sent it to melt cheese in the microwave.
step-4
All gulenic ready. Serve it with greens and vegetables (vegetables are naturally in season).
